There will be an informational meeting about Winter Percussion on Thursday November 9th at 6pm in the band room. Parents and students interested in Winter Percussion should try to attend. We will announce the show theme, pass out the calendar, and share lots of other important details.

Winter Percussion is an after school activity that runs from December through March. You don't have to be a percussionist to join. We will teach you. It's similar to the marching band, but we perform indoors, have more elaborate shows, and it's a slightly smaller time commitment (no Football games). This group is extremely successful, placing in the top 3 at championships for the past 4 years. Here's a video from last year.

If you have any questions about Winter Percussion please email the director of this group, Cameron Spencer, at cs@eusonic.com.

Competition Dates:

  •  February 10th in Dublin
  •  February 24th in Stockton
  •  March 10th in San Jose
  •  March 23rd-25th in San Bernadino

We're giving you these competition dates early because attendance at all competitions is mandatory. If you have a schedule conflict on a competition date email Cameron immediately. We may be able to work something out.

We also ask that members be in town on Thursday 2/22 and Friday 2/23 during Ski Week. We have rehearsals these days leading into our second competition. This is when we plan to be finishing the show, so it's very important to have everyone there.

We're excited to share the show theme with you all! The staff has been working hard on it for many months.
